PHOTOGRAPHY - A gallery of stunning elopement photos from your epic adventure. Every photo will be edited and delivered in full resolution in an easy to use online gallery that you can share with EVERYONE (trust us, everyone will want to see your amazing day)

FULL SERVICE PLANNING - Yes you heard that right! Here at Nomadic Hearts we don’t do planning assistance, no. We have a designated elopement planner who will take care of everything. From location research, vendor booking, coordination of your day to planning everything from A-Z together with you. Anne will make sure your day is nothing short of incredible!!

VIP GUIDE - An exclusive elopement guide with over 70 pages of tips and tricks. This guide was put together by all of us and with over 10 years of combined experience we’ve collected everything you need to now for your Alps elopement. This guide incl. photography tips, planning resources, travel tips and a lot more.

TIMELINE - Together with you we will create an elopement timeline that perfectly suits your day. We will take care of finding out when the best light is and of course, make sure you can enjoy your day without having to worry about time.

  • Anne will make sure your elopement is exactly how you envisioned it. Together you will create an elopement budget, itinerary & timeline for your day.

  • Anne will research tons of locations to find the perfect one. This also includes checking availabilities and prices for your accommodation and also a booking assistance for your hotel/chalet etc.

  • Something that makes your elopement day even more memorable . Fancy a picnic at the top of a mountain, a helicopter flight over the Alps or a private chef preparing your dinner? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Anne will research vendors who will not only support your vision but are also experienced with elopements. BUT, she will not only research them but also check their prices and availabilities and will do the coordination for you!

  • YAY, your elopement day is here! It’s time to enjoy every minute of it. But wait, who will set up your picnic, who will talk to the helicopter pilot? Guess what - not you! Nope, Anne will be in charge of all of that. Because you know what - you should 100% enjoy your day and soak every minute of it without having to worry about everything in the background.

Lisa and Max are just great - prepared, helpful, supportive, super sweet and they just know what they're doing. We booked them as photographers for our elopement.And what we got was so much more!

We didn’t want a traditional wedding. So the two of us travelled through southern Germany for several weeks in a campervan for the first time, got married in the Bavarian Forest and had our very first photo shoot. A real adventure for us!

Lisa and Max helped us with the planning right from the start, really went above and beyond and had many stunning location suggestions for us. From hikes and pitches for our campervan to florists and other vendors, they thought of everything and gave us great advice. They always responded to our questions and requests and even explored the area for us on the day before the wedding, as we had never been there ourselves.

Yes, we do have an Add-On for all of our packages. We love capturing your elopement day in photos but sometimes a film tells the story even better. We can capture your vows, epic scenery and all the action your day has to offer!

Highlightfilm

If a photo is worth a thousand words, a video is worth a thousand photos! If you want your adventure filmed and presented to you in a highlight video this add on is the right way to go. Included is:

  • A video concept perfectly adapted to your day

  • A 3–5-minute highlight film of your day

  • Licensed music and selected audio clips from your vows

  • Drone footage (if weather and local restrictions allow)

FAQ

How do we know which package is right for us?

That’s one of the things we will talk about once you have contacted us. During our free consultation call we will discuss all the ideas you have, and we will recommend the perfect package for you. And don’t worry, you can always upgrade if you feel the need to add some extra hours during the planning process. 

Can we elope when we want to bring family & friends with us?

That one is quick and easy. Hell yes! Elopement doesn’t necessarily mean just the two of you. You are free to bring your closest friends and family with you and your adventure. Just a quick note: We usually only accompany elopements with around up to 10 guests.

What happens when the weather is bad?

You elopement will become an even more memorable adventure and trust us, your photos will be epic (think of rainbows, cloud inversions and all of this cool stuff). But we totally understand you having that question and we can assure you that we are all experts in doing a last minute 180° on your plans if something crazy happens with the weather. We will also discuss several back-up plans during the planning of your elopement, so in case of any weather emergencies we are still more than good to go.

Can we book you outside of the alps region?

You absolutely can. There are so many beautiful places on this planet, and we would love to discover them all together with you. So if you are planning an elopement in Norway or Iceland give us a call and we are in. Please inquire for custom quotes.

Do we need to hike on our elopement day?

Elopements do not equal hiking. A lot of our couples love to hike a few miles on their elopement day but you totally don’t have to. There are so many ways to celebrate your adventure together without hiking up a mountain.

Do we get legally married during our elopement?

It depends. Technically you can get officially married during your elopement. But as most of our couples come from abroad they usually choose to legally marry either before or after their elopement in their home country. 

If you still want to get legally married during your elopement we suggest hiring someone who helps you with all of the paperwork for you. Please also keep in mind that in most EU countries getting legally married outside in nature is not possible.

We have no idea when and where we want to elope yet. Should we contact you anyway?

Don’t worry you are not alone with this. A lot of our couples don’t know exactly when and where they want to get married at first. But that’s exactly why you should contact us as we can help you pick a date/ season and place for your elopement that aligns best with your vision. So don’t be shy and hit that “Send” button – we can’t wait to hear your story and your dreams.

How far in advance should we plan our elopement?

We actually got two answers for that question. If you want to do us a favor, 12 months in advance is usually the best time to start planning for your elopement. That way we have plenty of time to go over all your ideas and pick out the perfect spot for you.

Nonetheless we have also planned elopements in just a couple of weeks and they turned out to be just as amazing.

But a timeline we really recommend is around 6-9 months in advance as this gives us enough time to plan everything.

Please be aware that we only accept a limited amount of elopements every year (between 15 to 20) as we want to guarantee that every couple gets the attention they and their adventure together deserves.
